Thomas Walden is a CPA with over 25 years of senior financial and consulting experience and is the Co-founder and President of Behind The Scenes Services Inc. which provides business administration, financial and tax and tax credit services to film, television and live theatre production companies, broadcasters and distributors. He has worked on over 500 film and television projects and collected over $300 Million of tax credits, Telefilm, OMDC, NOHFC, Cogeco and other investments for his clients.

John P. Lynch has been appointed as Independent Director of Canuc Resources Corporation effective July 5, 2012. Mr. Lynch served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of NWT Uranium Corp. from June 16, 2008 to April 20th 2012. Mr. Lynch has been President, Universal Packaging Systems Inc. since 2003. He is a successful businessman with extensive expertise in corporate management and administration as well as experience in corporate governance. Mr. Lynch has been a member of both private and publicly traded organizations, and has worked with several public companies in the resource sector. Mr. Lynch was a Director of Hana Mining Ltd where Mr. Lynch was a founder (formerly Golden Patriot Mining Inc.) since May 5, 2001 until March 2011. He has been a Director of URU Metals and Soho Resources Corp. since April, 2010. He served as a Director of NWT Uranium Corp. from June 6, 2007 to April 20th 2012. He also served as a Non-Executive Director of Niger Uranium Limited from May 2007 to January 2010. He was a defensive back for the Ottawa Rough Riders from 1983 to 1985 before pursuing a career in the materials handling business. Mr. Lynch has a Bachelor degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University.
